When you where a child why did you walk on the top of the wall not next to it?
Why did you jump the gaps in the pavement? Because… you could and it stretched your limits and its fun.
I watched a moto trials TV show called Kick Start on after school that got me hooked on bikes but I only had push bikes to play on at the time. At 15 a friend took me on the back of a Super Tennier 750 Dakar thing and I loved it! He sold me and my brother a GT250 old thing, I just got on it and I could ride... then got a nasty CB125 and did pizza delivery on a C90. It was a very steep learning curve as there was no CBT in those days… nuts but fun.
Then a 250 Honda, a RD125 then... 650Kat / GSX750 / GT250 / 650Kat / RD350 / GSXR1100 / a year off from bikes travelling / XL500/ GSXR1100 / 2 years off / GSXR750 / GSXR750 / 2 years off again then / CBR600 / Bandit 600 / GPX600 / and now my trusty CBR600F4i serves me well.
I have always wheelied and stuff but seeing a free video from Superbikes mag of “Big Dave” Sonsky who had/has close ties to the Starboyz opened my eyes to extreme Bike control. He was doing mad things on a black blade so… I went out and tried it but had no one to ride with and always seemed to be 2 up. Passengers freak out for some reason.. lol
When visiting the Ace Cafe for the first time on street fighters day, I saw first hand in the flesh the compelling art of stunt ridding. A stunt team were doing a show and as I watched I found myself reading and understanding the tricks and just 1 year later with blood, sweat and tears I was in the same show with the team.
I still currently ride my CBR600f4i of which I have now steered my riding abilities to a much more professional angle. Here, Stunt Starz was born. With the ability to ride to a high level, draw and create, I realised it was time to start something new. It's great having the ability but without direction and drive, there is nothing. Our team has created something powerful of which I am very proud to be part of.
“Learnt in fun, protected in fear”
“Control your bike before it controls you”
"Try, try and try again"
"It’s an art form that needs exploring and as such has a widening audience who in turn feed their very own curiosity."
See you all out there! Alstar.

Motorsports to me is like air to your lungs. I have always loved every aspect of it from Go-karts to Formula 1 and mini motos to the GP!
My family are all petrol heads. My parents used to take us go karting and I loved it. Formula fun was like a second home to us. Luckily, it stuck! My little brother races go-karts and my big brother races in the BSB support races so it's not left us yet! I must admit, I'm getting a bit slack on watching the racing now as work and stunting takes up a lot of my time! I do like to nose about through magazines to keep up though.
I had a mini moto and an Aprilla RS 125 at 13 of which I was going to race. I remember it all in white and ready to roll but found cracks in the frame which put my ideas at bay... It was ok though as at 14 I started work in a motorcycle training school and was around bikes every day so I was very happy! Apart from all the school bikes, My next bike was the (I'm sorry to say) Suzuki GN 125. I hated that bike but at the time, it was my only choice and I wasn't about to turn it down! I had that bike for nearly a year at 16 and from that at 17 I then bought the Yamaha YZF 600, the Fazer. I got on very well with that bike and did eventually fall in love with it! At 18, I got the bike of my dreams, apart from the RR, the CBR600F4i and this is now my bike and soon to be stunt bike as well as my 110cc pit bike.
I first got in to stunt riding at 14. A family member was doing it and decided to start taking it seriously. I was always very intrigued to the skill and determination of a stunt rider so became apart of it. I started out on the back doing basic tricks with the riders to eventually start moving around the bike and get a little more dangerous! It's a massive thrill to me!
I went on for a few years as a stunt pillion doing 2-up tricks with the team in shows and open days etc. My knowledge of stunt riding became more apparent to myself and I started thinking about doing it on my own bike. So I got the pit...
For my 18th birthday, my friends got together, behind my back of course, and decided to get me the pit bike so I could start stunting.
I started taking it more and more seriously and learning how to put the stunts I had seen into action myself. The first trick I learnt was one foot down wheelie circles of which I had within a week! Now, After 6 months training on my pit bike, I stunt my CBR600 F4i. I currently ride with Alstar at shows and events show casing our 2-up abilities on the bike soon to be participating solo.
Myself and Alstar sat down and decided to start a fresh, new and diverse business that not only offers extreme stunts, but also entertainment and art. So, this is what we have done.
So look out world, here we come..
Ride safe, play extreme!
